It's not overly complicated.

The path to unfucking yourself is not overly complicated.

If a building has a shitty foundation it’s gonna fall. If you’re doing unhealthy dumb shit you’re gonna feel fucked up.

Start here as best you can: get enough fucking sleep, drink lots of water, move your ass around as much as possible, talk with someone, laugh at something, let the shower get ice cold at the end and fucking handle it, say no to 1 unhealthy fucking thing today, find 1 thing today that is beautiful, do something that scares you, I don’t mean like bungy jumping and shit I mean like call that person, you know the one. Compliment someone whilst standing in line somewhere, just don’t be fucking creepy about it. Close your damn mouth & breathe through your fucking nose. Do something fun even if you have a list of a thousand fucking things you should be taking care of. Think of one shitty thing you’ve done or that’s happened to you and forgive yourself. Think of someone you’re pissed at and forgive them. Look in the fucking mirror and tell that fucker that you love them and if you can’t do that at least tell them they don’t suck as bad as they think.

Do as much of this shit as you can, repeat until you’re dead. This will help you to figure it the fuck out, it really will.
